REF. 3595: INTERNATIONAL SENIOR BRAND MANAGER

 Company: leading Italian Wine & Beverage company

Mission:

Ensure the organization’s products and services, mission, values, culture, and brand image are consistently represented by enhancing innovation and activation, and implementing solid & disruptive marketing strategies for the assigned brand.

 

Main functions:

Reporting to the CMO:

  • Implements international strategies on the assigned brand on both Innovation and Activation areas
  • Constantly liaises with International markets to share projects and the most profitable ways of brand activation, according to brand guide lines and giving the necessary required support
  • Coordinates the projects from a Project Management perspective, also through the collaboration of the Group’s internal Departments and manages suppliers, agencies, consultants, and external institutes
  • Coordinates the International Product Development Team (IPD)
  • Shares with the CMO proposals for the annual brand Marketing plan and implements related Brand Playbooks
  • Responsible for defined time to market of all projects
  • When developing projects, activates the necessary investments according to the budget allocation directed by the CMO
  • Monitors, on a regular basis, budget spent
  • Operates into the analytics area with reference to market data and consumer insight, international brand business performance, supporting the CMO in linked reporting and presentations
  • Manages a team addressed on both Innovation and Activation areas promoting their growth and team working

 

Skills and expertise required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG also into international environment/multinational companies
  • Fluent English
  • Team working and leadership skills
  • Creative, organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical and data driven skills
  • Budget management
  • People management experience
  • Willingness to work into the area of origin of the Winery (Veneto) in constant relationship with a dynamic International environment
  • Problem solver and open minded in finding solutions and new ideas
