REF. 3586: R&D DIRECTOR
Major Italian company world leader in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) production, using synthetic and biological processes for Generic market as well as in Contract Development and Manufacturing (CDMO), operating with multiple countries in Italy and abroad, is looking for a Senior R&D role with multiple years of experience responding to the following capabilities and skills:
- Lead the R&D team in developing innovative APIs for pharmaceutical applications.
- Design and implement R&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple R&D projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the R&D department.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of scientists and researchers.
