RIF. 3597 : PLANT MANAGER – BRESCIA
CLIENT: Multinational company leader in its reference sector
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable to meet objectives as prescribed by the WIN Strategy concerning: Engaged People, Premier Customer Experience, Profitable Growth and Financial Performance;
- Ensure a safe work environment and drive towards a zero-accident-culture;
- Legal compliance in all areas of the business;
- Profitably grow the business and achieve Division and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Work with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products and services;
- Establish and maintain Premier Customer Service and Quality;
- Lead strategy deployment for the operation concentrating on Lean Initiatives and Sales growth;
- Accountable for driving Lean Initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented;
- Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics;
- Develop a budget plan and manage operation within budget constraint;
- Maintain familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility
- Represent the Operations at Business Unit and Country levels;
- Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development;
- Drive a culture of accountability and results through HPT, strategy deployment and effective performance management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fundamental experience in Operations Management and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role;
- Solid Leadership skills to manage a complex and multicultural environment focusing on engagement, empowerment, strategic thinking and talent development;
- Previous work experience ideally includes experience in business and operational processes
- Bachelor or Masters’s degree (or international equivalent) required; deal candidate has studied Business or Engineering;
- Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices;
- Functional understanding of cost accounting and adopt to practical application;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
