About me
Since 2005 Aldo Magnone has been a Partner at Arethusa and, since 2025, he has served as President of the firm.
Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in Human Resources management, with a particular focus on Selection, Assessment and Organizational Development within major multinational groups such as Colgate-Palmolive, Star Alimentare, Pirelli Group and The Walt Disney Company.
Before joining Arethusa, he held the role of HR Country Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for the management of Human Resources across all Italian lines of business, including Licensing, Retail, Publishing, Television, Cinema and Internet.
He holds a Degree in Law from the Università Cattolica of Milan, where he also held the position of Assistant of Administrative Sciences.
