About me
Since 2017, as an Associate Partner at Arethusa, Alessandra has been involved in headhunting activities within the Media sector, working with broadcasters, film and television production and distribution companies, as well as communication agencies requiring executive search and selection services and/or organizational consulting. She also supports companies outside the media sector that are seeking professionals with video production or content marketing expertise.
Her professional experience in the Media industry dates back to the 1990s, when she held corporate roles in Television Production at Mediaset and Digital Development at Fastweb.
In 2003 she founded LABMEDIA, a Media Consulting company still active in Research & Development and Human Resources for the audiovisual sector. She later directed “TV JOBS”, the first Italian research project focused on employment in the television industry.
Alongside her professional career, she has also been active in education and training, working as an adjunct lecturer at several universities and as a designer of professional training programs for the film and television sector.
Alessandra holds a degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing. She is also a registered publicist journalist and a member of the panel of experts for the Creative Europe programme of the European Commission.
