About me
Since 2025, Associate Partner at Arethusa, Alessandra Zubiani has been working in Executive Search and Headhunting since 1999. Over the years, she has partnered with clients across the industrial sector, including Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Energy Management), Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, as well as Services and Retail.
She has led executive search assignments for start-up operations in Italy on behalf of international groups, also advising clients on the local labor market and employment landscape.
Before joining Arethusa, she worked with several leading firms in the industry, including TMP Worldwide Executive Search (later part of Hudson Highland Group), EXS Italia, Keystone Executive Search and GSO Consulting. Earlier in her career, she held roles within an Engineering & Contracting company, with responsibilities covering Human Resources, Recruitment, Development, Training and Reporting.
Born in Milan, she holds an MA in Humanities from the University of Milan and a BA in Interpreting and Translation from the Civica Scuola Superiore per Interpretie Traduttori di Milano. She is fluent in English and has a good command of French and German.
