Since 2024, Associate Partner of Arethusa (part of the &Forward group), Alessia carries out Executive Search and consultancy activities for national and international projects, managing the entire search and selection process.
Before joining Arethusa, Alessia worked with both national and global recruitment firms, supporting clients with search mandates aimed at performance improvement, human resource strategy, and business process improvement
Alessia has more than 20 years of experience executing Executive Search and Leadership Consulting mandates for companies in the pharmaceuticals, medical device, fast moving and industrial industries.
Experienced also in the Chemicals, Retail, Engineering and Manufacturing industries, identifying high performing Executives and Managers, she has built a solid track record following projects both in Italy and Europe.
Degree in Clinical Psychology and member of the Lombardia Psychologists Bar (since 1998).
Since 2021 she is Life & Business Coach (AICP) and is part of SCP Italy (Italian Society for Coaching Psychology)
