Senior Partner at &Forward Consulting Group, Cuono Laudando works as an Executive Consultant and Trainer in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Business Strategy, with an approach oriented toward execution and sustainable profitable growth. He works with BtoB and BtoC companies in the main reference sectors: FMCG (food, beverage, personal care), Publishing, Banking, Distribution and Textile.
His professional experience began in 1986 with roles of increasing responsibility in multinational companies such as Lever Italia (Unilever), Galbani-BSN Danone, Arena Spa, The Walt Disney Company and Müller Milch, up to positions as Managing Director and International Sales Director in companies such as Policrom Screens and De Agostini Global Kids Publishing.
As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Zero+4 Srl, a food company specialized in Gluten Free, Lactose Free and Vegan products, reaching a turnover of over 20 million euros and widespread distribution in Italy and in the main European markets.
Alongside his consulting activity, he is involved in Training as a lecturer and coach for companies, associations, universities and academies, with a focus on marketing, sales and leadership.
Graduated in Political Science from the University of Pavia, he has collaborated with ISTUD Business School and obtained a Master in Coaching and NLP.
