About me
General Manager of Arethusa since 2024, with a long experience as an executive in Italy, Europe and the Middle East. Orazio began his career in the Human Resources field, where he most recently served as Head of HR for Mediterranean and Eastern Europe, and then moved on to roles as Managing Director and CEO in the fields of Logistics, Transport and ultimately, Consulting.
He has worked in very different industries (Services, Banking, IT, Pharma, Logistics, Consulting) and has had the opportunity to deal with diverse cultures, living in the UK, Belgium, the US, Denmark and Egypt.
The key to his work is finding the right person for the Client, seeking the correct balance between technical skills, professional background and human qualities.
Graduated in Law, with an MBA obtained at the Strathlyde Business School of Glasgow, he speaks Italian, English and French.
He is married, has three children, and lives in Milan.
