Since 2023, Paolo Bersan has served as Associate Partner at Arethusa, where he leads recruiting activities. His recruitment practice spans three core sectors: Digital, Consumer Goods & Retail, and Information & Communication Technology.
Since 2024, he has also been an Advisor to &Forward Consulting Group, bringing strategic vision and deep expertise in digital innovation and AI. At &ForwardConsulting Group, he contributes strategic advisory in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Digital Applications.
Paolo began his career in a technical capacity before transitioning into general management, where he led mid-sized companies in the Information Technology sector with a strong focus on innovation. In those roles, he served clients across a broad range of industries, including Consumer, Industrial, Telecommunications, and Transportation.
In his current work, Paolo leverages the experience accumulated over a distinguished corporate career, offering clients both technical depth and leadership breadth. He joined the executive search profession in 2010, following nearly two decades of senior corporate roles.
In 2020, he co-founded DigitYou (part of the GSO Group), a startup focused on supporting organizations navigating digital transformation — with a particular emphasis on structure, competencies, and talent.
He holds a degree in Human Resources Management.
