Since 2026 Associate Partner at Arethusa, she has over twenty years of experience in the Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, gained in leading Executive Search firms and in corporate environments.
Over the course of her career she has developed solid expertise in Executive Search and Head Hunting, managing complex projects for national and multinational companies. She follows the entire selection process: from organizational analysis and definition of the job description, to market mapping and direct search, up to the presentation of the short list and support in the finalization phase of the placement.
She has worked across different sectors – Industrial, FMCG, Retail, Industrial, ICT & Digital – developing particular attention to innovation processes and digital transformation. Over time she has supported organizations in the placement of strategic roles linked to new business models and technological evolution.
Graduated in Educational Sciences – specialization Expert in Training Processes – at the Università Cattolica of Milan, she has developed a methodological and analytical approach to the evaluation of potential and skills, with particular interest in learning processes and cognitive styles.
