Since January 2026 Partner at Arethusa, Sandro manages People & Organization Advisory and Executive & Middle Management Search projects, supporting Entrepreneurs, Leadership Teams and Private Equity Firms in growth and organizational transformation paths, in attracting and enhancing talent and in the development of skills, with the aim of generating concrete and sustainable impacts on company performance.
He is responsible for Executive and Middle Management Search projects at national and international level for Companies in different sectors, with particular focus on Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, CDMO and Medical Device Companies.
Sandro began his professional career at Bticino, then continued at Roche and Humanitas. Subsequently he held the role of HR Manager in the Pharma Division of Novartis and Head of Industrial Relations of the Group in Italy during a phase of profound corporate transformation.
He later became Chief HR Officer of NMS Group, with responsibility for coordinating People & Organization processes for the Group, composed of six companies between Italy and the United States.
During his more than 25 years of experience in Companies and Consulting, he has acquired significant experience in managing organizational changes and corporate culture, coordinating complex reorganization projects, personnel management in M&A operations and post-merger integration programs.
He has also developed solid experience in managing Talent Acquisition & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and HR Transformation projects, operating in both commercial and manufacturing contexts, at national and international level.
Sandro holds a degree in Educational Sciences from the Università Cattolica of Milan.
